Mindy Georges is one of the founders & the managing Broker of Roost Realty. She serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of the DeKalb Association of Realtors. Mindy also co-chairs the Technology and Communications committees for the Association. You will also find her sharing her passion for the techy side of real estate by teaching classes to fellow Realtors. Mindy likes to work hard but fits in lots of play time too.

Mindy lives in East Atlanta with her husband, Terrence. They’ve stopped counting the years that they have been renovating their 1932 bungalow!

Mindy & her husband share a passion for traveling & adventure. They both enjoy ‘collecting’ National Parks and making a visit to every one of them is on her life-list. Summer 2011 found her traveling through NC and VA completing the entire Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking throughout Shenandoah National Park. In the past few years they have enjoyed trips to the Grand Canyon and Death Valley. They took a good old-fashioned road trip, where they drove over 3,800 miles through 13 states and visited the Badlands of South Dakota. They have also been found lounging in Guatemala, winter mountaineering in the Sierra Nevadas, snowshoeing through Yellowstone, sea kayaking off the coast of California, & hiking through the red rocks of Southern Utah (among other things).

While closer to home you’ll often find Mindy lounging in the hammock on her front porch reading a book. She loves watching movies at home (heist movies are a favorite) and going to the drive-in.
