
Stephanie Wansley has been a full-time, licensed Realtor since 2002. She grew up in Sandy Springs, but she’s lived in Midtown and Decatur for the past 15+ years.
She’s called Kirkwood home since 2000. She and her husband wanted their first home to be intown – and affordable. They’ve delighted in growing their family along-side the emerging vibrancy of the surrounding neighborhoods. Stephanie’s real estate career began exclusively as a Buyer’s Agent. The experience made her very sensitive to the topic of Agency – an agent’s obligation to disclose who they work for: the buyer or the seller. She is fiercely loyal to her clients, and strives to provide relevant and essential market information to help them make educated and wise decisions.
Prior to real estate, her professional background was in marketing & promotions, as well as technology. She spent over 6 years as the Promotions Director for Ticketmaster-Southeast. Looking for a change and a challenge, she then spent 5 years as a financial database consultant. Both career endeavors provided the professional foundation she now uses to support her real estate clients. She is effective at strategically & creatively marketing her clients’ homes, as well as producing results based on listening closely to her buyer and sellers’ needs. Stephanie’s concentrated experience in both marketing and technology enables her to remain on the forefront of the latest available real estate tools and market trends.
