	Mindy Georges Mindy Georges one of the founders and CEO of Roost Realty. She runs the Property Management division and is the managing broker for the firm. She likes to work hard but fit in lots of play time too. Mindy lives in East Atlanta with her husband, Terrence. They renovated their 1932 bungalow from uninhabitable to a place they love to live. 	Pamela Haggerty Pam was born and raised in Atlanta. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Elementary Education while on a golf scholarship. In Charleston, her appreciation for historic homes grew immensely. She came back to Atlanta after graduating and worked multiple jobs in the nonprofit world. She thought she found her calling when she landed a job at Druid Hills Golf Club but realized quickly she enjoyed talking about houses more than talking about golf. Read more
	Karl Kortemeier It seems like I’ve done a lot of different careers in my life. My first real job was with the National Park service as a fire fighter. I then moved to the Forest Service as a fire fighter on a Hotshot crew. I worked as a fishing guide in Alaska and the Bahamas. Then my brother and I started Jittery Joe/’s Coffee shop in Athens, Ga. 	Stephanie Wansley Stephanie Wansley has been a full-time, licensed Realtor for more than 5 years. She grew up in Sandy Springs, but Midtown and Decatur are the areas that she’s primarily lived, worked and played in for the past 15+ years. Stephanie has lived in Kirkwood since 2000.
